Membership Duration

• Membership is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

• Membership benefits expire at the end of the membership period.

Membership Benefits

• Members receive 20 free bowling games, which can be redeemed at any Wyncity venue during normal operating hours.

• Free games are subject to lane availability and may not be available during peak periods, events, or league play.

• Members receive a membership card and a merch pack. The membership card will be available for collection after 14 days of sign-up. Merch packs will be delivered in March 2026, and all members will be notified.

• Members are entitled to exclusive offers, discounts, and special promotions. These benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-members.

Food & Beverage Discounts

• Discounts on food and beverage purchases are for the member only and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Leagues, Tournaments & Competitions

• Membership includes entry into members-only tournaments and member nights.

• We will be running raffles and other activities to raise funds for the member tournament.

Payment & Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• If a membership includes a rebate for TBA fees, members must claim the rebate by February 28th, 2026.

• Members must sign up with their TBA member number by February 28th, 2026. No rebates will be provided after this date.

Responsible Use

• Members must comply with all venue rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions.

• Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination of membership at Wyncity’s discretion.

Data & Communication

• By signing up, members agree to receive membership communications, promotions, and updates via email.

• Personal data is handled in accordance with Wyncity’s Privacy Policy.

Changes & Modifications

• Wyncity reserves the right to amend membership benefits, T&Cs, or fees at any time.

• Members will be notified of major changes via email or venue notice.

Limitation of Liability

• Wyncity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused membership benefits.

• Membership benefits are provided “as is” and may be subject to availability or operational constraints.
